Collaboration Groups

The ability to create Collaboration Groups makes inviting Webspiration users with whom you regularly collaborate fast and easy.

To create a new Collaboration Group, select Collaboration Groups… from the Sharing menu within any document. In the Collaboration Groups dialog box, click New to enter the group name, and then add members from the drop-down menus on the right. Click Save to save your changes and close the dialog. You can also rename a group, and add or remove members from this same dialog at any time. Once you have a Collaboration group set up, you can invite all of its members at once to view or collaborate on a document.
